Over the past few weeks we have been really busy working behind the scenes to create a brand new website with a fantastic new customer portal area.
Our subscribers now can access their customers accounts easily from our website. Not only will it be easier to update payment details or edit addresses, the new features create a brilliant way for customers to personalise their subscription even further.
Customers can skip a box if they are going on holiday or even change their payment date to one that suits them better. Subscribers who fancy a change can easily swap their box for others that we offer without having to cancel their subscription and if they would like an extra project or to top up their craft suppliers there is now the option to add products to upcoming orders.
