Shipping to United Kingdom
At Stitch Kit, we like to keep things simple. That’s why all orders are shipped for free – no hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.
- Processing time: Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery time: Royal Mail typically delivers within 2–4 working days, but please allow a little extra time during busy periods.
- Order tracking: Smaller parcels may not include tracking, but if your order qualifies for a tracked service, you’ll receive details by email once it’s on its way.
Shipping to Europe
All European orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard. Delivery costs vary by country. Please note that custom duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may differ depending on local regulations.
Shipping to the USA
Orders to the United States are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard. A surcharge is applied to cover the current US tariff (commonly referred to as the “Trump tariff”). Any additional customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on local regulations.
Shipping Worldwide
For destinations outside Europe and the USA, we ship via Royal Mail International Standard. Delivery costs depend on the destination country. Please note that custom duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary according to your country’s import rules.
