I have been a subscriber for a number of years now and receive a new surprise each month.
The quality of the goods supplied is very good and the boxes contain items that relate to who I craft for.
I am looking forward to the new challange being launched in January as I subscribed to the Quilting one this year along side my normal box and am enjoying the project

Absolutely love my stitch kits, they rotate between knitting, sewing and embroidery. Each one has been a delight. I particularly enjoy trying each of the different crafts. The personalisation works really well and I always receive projects that match my skill leave and in my choice of colours too. Very highly recommended

Like Cynthia I did not like the pattern or colour of my yarn either tried to knit with it but just didn’t like the colour can’t use it really. I know I said I like yellow but this yarn was a yellow green which was too dull for me it just looked dirty . Sorry but I won’t buy again . Maybe I just don’t like suprises.

When we selected your yarn, we carefully followed the preferences you shared with us, including that you liked yellow and green, and we also ensured we avoided any yarns that could trigger the allergies you told us about.
We completely understand that colour is a very personal choice, and we're sorry this particular shade wasn't what you were hoping for. If we'd known back in April, when you received your box, that you weren't happy with the colour, we would have been more than happy to arrange an exchange. We always encourage customers to get in touch if there's an issue, as we're keen to help.

I did not like the pattern or the wool colour

We would be really interested to hear what you didn't like about them so that we can find a better match of project for you next time. It really helps us to understand as much as we can about our customers crafting likes through our survey to help us plan projects. You can update your survey to match your new preferences as often as you would like to. It would be really helpful to hear about other colours you do like or colours you would rather not receive in your survey as well as any information about the sorts of patterns you like and who you would like to make for.
Although the colours of the yarn would not be my first choice, I lean more towards softer pastel colours, it will make a really nice winter sweater.
